پښتونستان « PATŪNESTĀN » BORDER
— Officially: د افغانستان اسلامي امارات « Da Ɔafğānistān Ɔislāmī Ɔimārāt » and د وزیرستان اسلامي امارات « Da Ŭazīristān Ɔislāmī Ɔimārāt ».
— English: Pashtunistan; Taliban Afghanistan; Waziristan.
— Seats of government: کوټه‎ « Kŭet̩:ah » and elsewhere.
— Status: Not democratic.
— Structure: Zone of multiple unstable governments; various, mostly theocratic, autocracies blended with military rule.
— Chief governing parties: طالبان « Tālibān »; تحریک طالبان پاکستان « Tehrīk-i Tālibān Pākistān ».
— Heads of government: هبت الله اخونزاده « Hibat ɔul-Lah Ɔaxūnzādah » (since 2016); جلال الدين حقاني « Ĝalāl ɔal-Dīn Haq:ānī »; فصل الله « Fasl ɔul-Lah ».
— Assessment: Much of the پښتو « Pato » territory on both sides of the supposed پاکستان « Pākistān » - افغانستان « Ɔafğānistān » border is under the control of the former theocratic rulers of افغانستان « Ɔafğānistān », one of the world’s most opressive forces, originally led by محمد عمر « Muham:ad Cumar » (1996-2013). Also noted for its alliance with أسامة بن لادن « Ɔusāmaĥ bin Lādan » and القاعدة « ɔal-Qācidaĥ ». In addition to perpetual bombings and suicide attacks, the various طالبان « Tālibān » engage in drug trafficking and kidnapping for ransom to finance their operations. The separate تحریک طالبان پاکستان « Tehrīk-i Tālibān Pākistān » was once centralized, but the 2009 death of بیت الله محسود « Bajt ɔul-Lah Mahsūd » largely ended that. محمد عمر « Muham:ad Cumar »’s 2013 death was not revealed until 2015. He was succeeded by اختر محمد منصور « Ɔaxtar Muham:ad Mansūr », killed in 2016, and then by هبت الله اخونزاده « Hibat ɔul-Lah Ɔaxūnzādah ».
